My tv wouldn't turn on last night and I didn't realize until I put my pajamas on. I called down the the front desk and the girl came immediately. The housekeeping team had pushed the cable box back so the remote wouldn't reach it. She stated it happens all the time. It seems to me that would be an easy thing to train to get them to bring it back in range when they are done dusting the shelf. My couch in my room was disgusting. It had stains, the arms were worn through. There was no way in this day and age that I was going to sit on it. It really needs to be replaced. My shower wouldn't turn on this morning either. I didn't want to have to get dressed to have someone come and help me, so I took a bath. It just isn't ideal to start a day where you will be driving the next 6 hours with a relaxing bath. In addition I am not a bath person. I am always in a hurry and a bath is the opposite of that. But that's me...not everyone else. It is also not great that because the soda machine is shut down, the guests have no place to get ice. The staff was great. The bed was very comfortable. I greatly appreciate the hot breakfast.

All things considered, it was a great stay. Very well priced and family friendly. Close to amenities. Loved it.

The area was convient to downtown activities as well as attending university functions. Staff was friendly and sign-in was quick and efficient. Restuarants were located fairly close as well as highway access. I'll stay again.

The property is great! We had our small dog with us to visit our daughter at college. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. Room was clean and just what we needed for the weekend. Beautiful courtyard to sit in and relax. The only Con I would say is the beds were very firm.

All was good except they ran out of coffee but the worker finally came to set it up and we did get some. More fruit choices would be good.

Great place to stay in Fayetteville. I highly recommend it.

Nice layout for 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Could hear a little movement from room above.

Our stay was very nice, lots of room to hang out and the gym was great. Room was clean and comfortable.
