Nice hotel with nice pool and easy access to the beach.The beach water is a bit murky. Rooms are regular, nothing fancy. Could use some more attention to detail in cleaning but overall great place for a short stay..

Great hotel overall and everything as advertised. Beautiful ocean view room, clean, great staff and amenities. One item to note is that the main indoor restaurant / sports bar is closed, I assume because of Covid. But they still had an outdoor restaurant and swim up bar open. Definitely would stay again!

Had to move me to different room as air conditioning not working...new room great view but hot tub with scum and algae..no pillow cases on pillow. Bar tender no fun!! Front desk guy great!! Probably short staffed due to COVID-19!! Fabulous location!!

A pesar de las reseña que leimos decidimos hospedarnos. La vista, la playa es hermosa! La atención fue muy buena! Desde la llegada, bar, restaurante. Nelson Blend nos atendió excelentemente bien en el bar de la alberca. Definitivamente fue un fin de semana super agradable y volveríamos a hospedarnos! Gracias Loreto Bay!

The beach is beatiful, the employes very nice The hotel rooms need fixing or renew, they are dirty, they need to check the cleaning persons because they dont do a good job The towels are old and thorn I think they need to be more careful, with the cleaning of the room, they need to disinfect, Every day and have a good cleaning staff

Great experience at the hotel! I would love to go back soon! The bartenders/servers Jose Luis and Blend went out of their way to make sure we were doing great. We would definitely stay there again!

The view is amazing , it has a private beach beautiful but has brown like Algies , other than that is nice no waves , the rooms are big ,but mattresses needs improvement, we got two beds Too small ,over all hotel needs remodeling, but is ok ...we meet Nelson a bartender and waitress super cool guy recommended him 💯😉

Horrible service at the restaurants, we waited for more than 1 hr never received our food!!!!!!

The place is getting a bit old snd need a bit of refresh. The plants hanging on the side need to be trimmed or removed. Overall the staff was great at the sports bar great margs, the pool dining, good super. The breakfast was a disaster. We did not get coffee with our meal, my husband got scrabbled instead of over easy and they forgot his toasts. We can up and just wanted the bill. The manager apologized and said the breakfast was on the house. I think with the Covid-19 had everyone a bit on edge and not sure they were ready which is understandable. If in the area agsin next year, we would certainly come by again.
