Fine place

Check-in was easy, our room was fine and within an easy distance to the parking lot. The door to our room though sounded like a pack of cats in heat fighting. Couldn't locate any vending machines besides one with overpriced water for each selection. Cleanliness was fine. Half the channels on the TV didn't work though and of those that did, most were in Spanish. I'm pretty sure we got charged more than the rate agreed to via this website too

We've stayed here more than a dozen times and found it an exceptional place. Unfortunately this visit was noted as less than exceptional. The Woodside Grill which is supposed to open at 7 am was closed and the office said their manager was working on this, apparently staff didn't arrive to open the Grill.

This place was one of the most disgusting run down motels i have personally stayed in. The pictures are deceiving. Beware! Its a motel 6 or worst! Front desk 5 Stars.. but embarrassing how the staff have to fake and act as if the rooms are spectacular.. Nasty bloody stain on comforter... need i say more?

We checked in and immediately tried to go to the restaurant on the property. It was closed for New Year’s Day which was understandable. We went to our room and found the cleanliness was far below normal expectations. Major stains on the carpet, layers of dust on the tv and tabletops. The refrigerator was unusable because of the smell. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and shower curtain. The shower head was so loose it felt like it would fall off. The bathroom also had paint peeling near the bathtub. The soap dispenser was caked with old soap overflow. It clearly hadn’t been cleared. The worst room as far as cleanliness goes that I’ve ever stayed in. Upon informing the front desk in person, the response was “thanks for letting us know “. Then she proceeded to charge the two drinks I wanted to my room. No thought of trying to find a solution to an unhappy guest. I will never stay at this property again, nor recommend it. A totally failure of service.

We’ve been staying here for years, but I feel like the past two stays the rooms have been run down. This stay there wasn’t any body wash in the shower and black mold in the corners. I think the hand soap bottles were old containers that they keep refilling but not Gilcrest and Soames…it definitely wasn’t that product. The hand soap and shampoo were the same product with no labeling. People with sensitive skin can’t rely on their toiletries, so take your own. Usually the place is very quiet and I like their landscape and pool in the summer time.

We had a nice stay. This place is easy to get to from the interstate. It is secluded and we had a room that was easily accessible and enjoyable. The staff was great.
