The hotel is a quick Uber ride from the airport. The resort was clean inside and out. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bedroom was the quietest place I have ever slept. One night I slept on the sofa, with the patio door open to hear the ocean. Very relaxing!

It was a great trip. The bedroom closet was soaked n we didn't realize it. Our luggage n bags were stored in that closet All of our stuff got soaked n we werent even accommodate laundry money so we could get our cleaned. It was the first day of our 7 day vacation. I we a little disappointed, they didn't even apologize. We contacted maintenance n they sucked the water up n put a fan that remained in our room for 2 days running. The kitchen light was out n wasnt replaced during our stay. The beach only allowed you to use their umbrellas at $40.00 a day till 4pm. So we were unable to use our shade tent for our children so we stayed around the pools during our stay. It was more convenient for us. Over all i would stay here again but now know what to expect n look out for. I reserved this during the hurricane n only paid $87.00 a night or else i wouldn't have just let this go.

Absolutely amazing. We were supposed to go to outer banks but as everyone know the hurricane hit so we couldn’t get in so we rerouted to myrtle beach. We initially booked for 2 days thinking we would get in by then. But that didn’t happen. But the staff at sandy beach resort were amazing and I’ve been booking day by day. Not many places will let you do that but they’ve been amazing and worked me thru all of it.

We made plans to come to the beach on a whim. Decided to do it on a Thursday night and booked our reservation Friday morning to start Saturday! This was not our usual place but on last minutes plans it did the trick. We arrived several hours early so I called the desk to ask about early checkin, the young lady was pleasant and said she would call when it was ready. We got a call about 2:30 that we could check in. Upon arrival the place was bustling with people, it seemed very clean and checkin was fast and easy. Our room was in the tower so we made our way to it. The room was clean and had a pleasing smell. The only issue I noticed is that the carpet in the living room had a few stains. Not a big deal but probably an easy fix. The pools were very nice and they had several to keep you busy. This is a “family” style place so if you don’t have kids and prefer a quieter spot I’d look elsewhere. I would probably not stay again and I have a couple reasons. As mentioned before, it’s a family place and since we have no kids we prefer a spot with less children. The other issue for me is parking. The parking is a lot across the street behind other businesses which makes it a pain to get to and from your car. If you bring any groceries back you have to walk around the block carrying everything. Also if you come back after 7-8 in the evening you will be lucky to find a spot to park which forces you even further down the road to their annex parking they need to build a garage.

Fabulous! Great location, great room (beautiful view, right on the beach), great service (exceptional housekeeping), very convenient parking. Even check out was a breeze: I have never had an easier time packing up and loading the car. We can’t wait to come back!
