Pleasant hotel with friendly staff and situated perfectly for walks into the historic centre without the hassle of being there. Breakfast was excellent and overall the hotel was great value for money

Great hotel friendly staff

Arrived in a hail storm of wet weather on 4 motorcycles. One of us had a puncture . The check chap was brilliant and very efficient. Soon in our rooms to dry out Great help on getting a new tyre. Then out to the old town. Hotel great value for money and 20 minute walk into town. Would stay again

Comfortable and immaculate.

This a very comfortable stopover hotel on the route from the Algarve to Santander. The rooms are contemporary and immaculate. The marble clad bathroom was beautifully appointed with nice quality products to use. The breakfast is generous and we were very well attended. The lift direct to the underground car park is very convenient. There is a building site close by, but as it was the weekend there was no activity. I will definitely stay here again.

A comfortable hotel a 20 minute walk to the impressive medieval walled city. The room was comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet (room 324). Breakfast was excellent with a really good choice. We ate in the restaurant on our first night, not sure if it is popular as we were the only ones in there. The food and service were good, though we felt it was a bit expensive. Parking was easy to access and secure under the hotel at a cost of €14 per day.

Very nice quiet hotel. 15min to town centre.

The hotel is just outside the city centre and away from the hustle and bustle. It is only a 15min walk to the centre but has very nice restaurants opposite from it so you don't need to walk to the centre to eat well. The pool is an added bonus for when you arrive from a hot day walking the tourist sites. The underground parking is also very safe although you have to pay for it. All in all, I would definitely stay here the next time I come to Caceres .

Decent, but needs some urgent renovating!

This hotel really needs an upgrade, you feel stuck in the 80's. Breakfast was very decent and complete. Parking is offered for 12 EUR, but free parking is always available around the streets of the hotel. It needs urgent renovation, the carpets in the halls are really worn out. WiFi is pretty crappy and unstable, keeps dropping out.
