Property was relatively clean , employees were friendly beds were a little uncomfortable. Shower curtain could use a change and the pool hours could be extended from 11-6. I would stay at this location again. Thanks for the warm welcome!

The room was very clean and quiet. The bathroom is very small. The parking lot is very small, meaning the parking spaces are extremely tight. After 3 new scratches, we moved our car to the next parking lot. Checkout is at 10am, which we thought was 11am, how ever, no one told us until we checked out. No charge. Only 1 staff member ever said “hello” to us and it was on our last night.

The TV in the room didn’t even power up, and the management did nothing about it when notified. They didn’t seem to want to hear the problem, very unhappy. Will not ever stay there again, and when I pay for the room on Expedia you would think it would be handled. Not happy with Expedia or the Crossing!!

Location is great. Perfect for a quick getaway for the family to the beach.

the only thing good is the location the place is older and clean, but not very well maintained. the shower was barely operable and the chain on the door. beds were not very comfortable. not worth the price of the accommodations.

Every year I go to OCNJ and we always rent further away from the Board walk strip. This year I decided to book closer, so I booked at the Crossing. The staff were pleasant and the rooms were great. I enjoyed my stay there and will rent again there again on my next vacation. The food restaurants weren't that great and to expensive. Wawa is right next door and probably your best choice.

Great location, clean, priced fair, second year staying there and we look forward to staying again.

This location is awesome. Park right down the street walking distance to restaurants. The rooms were perfect for a family of four with small children.

So disappointing. The room had many issues. It was quite dirty. They have college kids for the room service, who have no idea how to clean. Not happy at all. Not sure if I would go back and we have been going there for years.

3'rd trip here-always a pleasant stay.
