Great stay

I stayed in Tower B, the new building. Everything was impeccable. Room well designed and extremely comfortable. The housekeepers were sweet, friendly and so accommodating. The pool was a welcome relief after a hot Hanoi day.

Dont know about the long term residences here; But, the treatment surely go along with your level of cash on hands. Hidden costs are everywhere. Mind it that your pleasant stay can become unsmoothly extracircumstanial very quickly. ;)

Do: unique and exclusive human hospitality which are almost impossible to find in this digital area. Dont: “Fraser”, definition by the dictionary, a cool guy know when to learn, when to party. Dont get carried away by the property’s love and forget the time to go home. The room can use a clock by the way :)).

The hotel was spacious and nice, but the smell was a bit odd and I was happy to resolve it immediately. I was satisfied that the staff were all friendly. Especially, I asked for a massage reservation .. Henry Cuong staff kindly make a reservation and check. I was very angry about the noise because of the construction, but because of this kindness, I was angry ... I am satisfied with the kindness of the pool, the restaurant, the location and the staff, but I am a bit disappointed with the noise. I had a very good image after staying at the Playmat in Malaysia .. I am a bit disappointed with this part .. but I think the staff of Hanoi is the kindest place I have visited.

The receptions are able to communicate in English very well. Facilities here are excellent. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was very good. I had an upgrade from double bed room to three bed room (omg), which gave me a superb experience.
