Check-in is not great. It took longer than it should have and they had multiple forms you are asked to fill out with questions that were plainly inappropriate. Breakfast was a buffet, although they don't call it that. My friend got pancakes one morning that they make on demand, and she got sick later because they were under cooked and runny in the middle. Their one lunch restaurant was excellent, but their dinner restaurants were bad. In fact, I had the worst meal that I have EVER had at one of them. In the evening they only have two restaurants open but they do change the menu every night. For what we paid, it was definitely not worth it. You also have to make reservations for the restaurant at night. The front desk couldn't make the reservation and you had to find your personal conseirge to do it. One day we tried to make a reservation and it took three tries to get it done and then it was booked incorrectly. I was also given the wrong room that had been put out of service for maintenance, so after leaving my luggage in what I thought was my room and going out to get something to eat (only an outdoor taco making stand was open), I come back to my room to find my key won't work. I go back to the front desk and they tell me it's a problem with my key, so they reprogram it. Back at the room the key won't work. Only then do I find out my room is not the one they had written down when I checked in. I am glad I had not yet unpacked - and had to move to another room

Extra nice rooms! Awesome staff! Food was the best we have had at an all inclusive....seeing wild monkeys was an added plus too!

The hotel is nice and the people working there are great. Beach isnt the best because of the many rocks. Only small area that isnt rocky. Make sure u take water shoes if u are planning to swim in the ocean. My son didnt and he got a small cut on his foot. Infinity pool is awesome with good service. Julio the bartender there was great. Food is what i think sets this resort apart from others. Ive stayed at six other resorts in the cancun area and i can honestly say that the food here was the best of all them. Every restuarant we tried for dinner would be on par to what u would expect at a nice resturant back home. Breakfast was delicious also. Make sure u try Flavors restuarant breakfast buffett, excellent selection. Our server Omar there was awesome. For lunch they have the buger and dogs shack on the beach, and a buffet style area by the pool. Both are delecious. My favorite were the street tacos. As far night entertaintainment, we mainly visited the Gin bar. Service and drinks there are great , watched the Cowboys game and the Tyson fight while we were there. Charlie the bartender there was awesome. My only recommendation to the resort is to put better music at the pool/beach area and at differnt bars. At times sounded like they were playing classical music. I get that you want to try to please everyone, but when in Cancun you want to hear music that gets u in the partying mood! Some reggeton or hip hop would be fun. Overall i would stay here again !

The resort is amazing!! Everything was clean and cleaned constantly so that you could enjoy a mask free vacation. Carla was the best server. She made sure we had drinks all the time. She's so nice and fun to talk with. Joshua the bartender was funny and made the kids feel special with non alcoholic drinks. Diana our concierge made sure we were well taken care of and that we ate great at dinner time. All the workers were friendly. My family had a great time.

It’s a resort that is ok. It’s not the most impressive looking resort in comparison to many others in the area. The rooms are great however with lots of space. Some rooms do have their own private swim up pool however it would be nice if they were heated as the water was pretty cold (we went in November). Overall it’s a good hotel.
