Came in town on business and decided to try this hotel out, thinking it was close to a 5 star hotel. Check in was good, the elevators are so small uncomfortable for 2 people riding at once and it squeaks the entire time. Make it to the room and it was a little dusty all around, like the big shower, the curtains to close in room are super loud other than tjat it was a decent room, wake up to knocking on the door by housekeeping rushing for me to check , sout and tell her ma'am i have 4 hours till check out, so i get ready for my meeting and therea anotjer knock the same lady askimg when I'm leaving, so ignoring. So i get my belongings together and soon as i walk out room there's a guy door down walking up asking am i leaving is anyone in the room..So frustrated at this point, i check out and walk out to pick uo car from valet which is $41 bucks amd I'm standing tjerewhile the lady in valet is on facebook, i say hey this my car can i have the key, like do your job..so disappointed in the visit was hoping for this to be my go to hotel.

The hotel was gorgeous! The room was beautiful but just had a couple maintenance issues. The toilet ran the majority of the night and the automatic curtain were mistimed. (One side of the curtains would open when the other would close). Service was wonderful and the drinks were top notch with decent prices.

Very nice hotel in downtown Dallas, everyone was super friendly and the room was very nice!

We were greeted by multiple friendly staff members who made it easy for our bags to be brought to our room. The room was especially clean, too! Every staff member was very hospitable and honestly made our entire stay more enjoyable.

Staff was friendly, professional and seemed genuinely focused on providing as close to normal as possible an experience while diligently maintaining ever changing and challenging safety measures required of the COVID-19 limbo we find ourselves living through as 2020 runs out the clock in coast to coast chaos. I was put at ease by their implementation of and, more importantly adherence to advanced safety measures. That was no small feat, but in doing so, freed my focus to really see and appreciate that this is actually quite a lucky find . The 1bedroom suite is spacious and comfortable. We had a great time. Staff was nice and accommodating. Loved the spa but it is very pricey

GREAT HOTEL. So beautiful and the customer service was unparalleled. Would come here again next time I’m in town.
