Beautiful relaxing place. Very clean and adjusted to the pandemic

This property wasn't as nice as the reviews describe. I've stayed at a few all-inclusives in Punta Cana that were quite a bit less expensive and much nicer. The negatives: The rooms needed to be refreshed, the workmanship was sloppy which detracted from the place, even with few people at the resort (Coronavirus) the staff were slow to fill glasses with water etc (frustrating to work hard to catch their attention to make a request, then see them standing idly by why I waited). The food was the exact same items ALL the time- even the largest buffet only had approx 30 entree items and they didn't change all week. Indicative of the quality, there was no real coffee machines in the resort- cartridges (even at their cafe) are not what you expect from a high end place. The all inclusive Grand Bahia down the street was much nicer and 1/2 the price.

It was rare to see a staff member without a smile on his or her face. They all seemed to truly enjoy what they do. The motto "from guest to family" is embraced by all, especially by our 'butler' Judith. She was truly an amazing blessing.

Every guest was assigned a “butler” . These guys were awesome! The property is very large, and spread out, but these guys helped coordinate, line up rides, and make it awesome!

Excellent place we really enjoyed it a lot, excellent service and great experience and food. Overall excellent. Don't waste your time with the guys from Travel Club they just want to sell you membership. We didn't and we saw a lot of couples went with them.

Ok..expected ocean view and no ocean view. Rooms were just ok.

I would highly recommend this resort for sun and relaxing and a safe clean environment the staff is extremely friendly and Helpful. The food can use some improvement buffet Breakfast was very good most dinner were average nothing special. Would go back because of the grounds and staff. Also could use more daily activiities.

Returned from TRS Turquesa on March 14th,2020. Traveled with another couple. Pro: Outstanding grounds, pools and bars. The resort was very clean. Rooms although a little outdated, were clean and comfortable. Bartenders along with servers were accommodating. Our butler Randell was very accommodating and made all of dinner reservations and even went up and above by getting our traveling companions a couple of hats to wear on a catamaran cruise on Friday. Only short comings were when my wife requested to reserve some sun chairs at the pool for the day after we arrived. He did not do this and simply apologized and as we saw later, a sign that said reserving sun beds was not allowed. We would have preferred he said straight up that he could not reserve the beds, although for the most part, obtaining seating around the pool was NOT a challenge. Other than this small hiccup, Randel did an excellent job. In previous reviews I read, the reviewer indicated that finding a seat on the resort trolleys was difficult. We did not experience any problem getting on a trolley, however as the TRS resort is at the far east on of the property, and only allowed access by guests staying there, I suspect most guests staying at the other resorts got off before getting to TRS. The liquor options were outstanding, Jack Daniels, Grey Goose, Glen Levitt, Don Julio etc., however, your beer choices were extremely limited to Presidente, or Presidente light which is DR’s local beer. I loved The details in the decor. The property is so huge that its time consuming to get from one place to another but they have trolleys which is super helpful

Check in was easy and great. Welcome drink. Beach is never more than a 3-4 min walk. Gorgeous water and sand. Plenty of room to sit with towels if to the beach by 10. Food was only okay. Drinks fabulous. Must haves are blue Hawaiian and dirty monkey and lobby craft cocktails. Spa circuit is soooo cool. Massage was perfect. Foam party, beach party, silent dance party were awesome. Swim up rooms a must!!! Staff was fantastic and always at ur service. Probably didn’t have to tip but we always did because of how special we were made to feel.
