This is a great hotel. V clean, well appointed, comfortable beds, Good sized rooms for a city centre location and really friendly helpful staff

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The service was excellent. Manque was particularly helpful.

The hotel had a lot of character and was well run. The people working seemed to care you received great service and were very accommodating when we had to hang out for an evening flight. The location is good and safe. Breakfast was great. I would stay there again.

Excellent hotel but perhaps our balcony needed tidying

The property wasn’t as charming as it seemed online. The room only had an internal window, so there was very limited light, it felt like it could benefit from some refurbishment, the shower was tiny, the pillows were hard... All in all, disappointing given the reviews. Also, I arrived in the evening after a very long flight. The reception staff knew I was going upstairs to sleep and would likely not go out until the morning. They still send a staff member to come into my room without knocking, with the door locked, to put some chocolates on the table. I was almost asleep and I heard someone enter the room, which was quite a shock. I got up and saw it was a staff member, who said she was just there for some chocolates. I then called reception to ask them to make sure no one else came in while I was in there. They didn’t seem to really understand how problematic it was. I am a single female traveller, and after that I didn’t feel safe in the room so I put a chair behind the door to go to sleep. It completely violated a sense of privacy and safety. I’ve never stayed anywhere in my life where staff haven’t knocked first. Other than that, the staff were generally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. I’m glad I only stayed a night, I wouldn’t choose it again.

Came there and left after about one hour to different hotel even Vain was already paid for. Room was cold and moist (the reason I think is that room on the first floor doesn't have windows and only has small window in the door that goes to backyard with no sunlight). Tried to set thermostat to higher temperature. Didn't work. Went to the front desk and asked how we can turn heat on. The guy said just press up . Ok went to the room and tried that. Didn't work, went back to the front desk, asked again to fix it; guy (Martin) was too busy casually talking to other customers about his trip to London. Said he will reset the system from his desk (reseting his thermostat on the wall). Obviously didn't work. He never even went to check our thermostat (must be long walk of 10 feet from the front desk to our room). Disappointing. We booked different hotel and left Thanks for nothing

Room was dark and no window. Also not super clean. Otherwise it was nice

Staff was awesome. Area was great. Room was cute, very parisian. My wife and I loved this hotel, would highly recommend and cannot wait to stay here again.
