Vinimos por cuestiones de emergencia, nuestra caso paso por una remodelación y tuvimos que buscar hospedaje fuera. Encontramos este hotel con descuento. Nunca nos habíamos hospedado aquí. Vivimos cerca, nos ha encantado. Volveremos.

No habia agua caliente, y cuando hicieron arreglos para que saliera caliente, salio muy sucio por todo el dia

Love the people here. Hotel is always clean and quiet. The personnel are always helpful, friendly and professional.

Never stay in rm 3008. AC never works. We checked in and went up to leave our luggage. We turned on the ac because it had not been turned on (stuffy).We also let them know the room smelled of cigarette smell. I let them know downstairs because they made it a special point to tell us that there was no smoking in the room and we would be charged if we smoked in the room. We did not ask to be moved because we didn’t think it was that bad but didn’t want to be charged for the smoke smell. We returned about 2 hours later and the room was still stuffy. We told them downstairs that the AC was not working. Someone was sent to the room to check the AC. We were told that the room temp did not go below 18. My husband usually stay at this hotel and we go at least every other month. i could have sworn we stayed in this room before and had the same issue. After waiting another hour in the room it was still not cooling. My husband was very tired because we drove all night Friday night and arrived Saturday morning. Spent most of the day at the dentist office and didn’t arrive at the hotel until around 4:45pm or so. He just wanted to go to sleep. I went downstairs and asked for a fan. I was told that they had no fans. i was also told that if we wanted to change rooms there were no more rooms with a king size bed available. Mind you there were less than 20 cars in the parking lot. This hotel has at least 5 floors with about 30 rooms per floor. I hardly believe what she said was true. Horrible!

The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent, fresh fruit and Mexican food was delicious

clean, value, great breakfast, nice bathroom.

Good. Good service. Service oriented. Only things is I would have wanted a good quality creamer for the coffee

Used this hotel several times. Staff is always helpful and room is always clean!
