Everything was perfect the hotel very nice and clean The service is very good the employe very nice But the room was far In different building from The pool, beach & the breakfast And the rooms is located in open area there is alot of winds at nights that make you sick The breakfast is just ok not too much tasty and every morning the same

Nice experience Friendly and clean

I loved this property.. The hotel was immaculate and the staff extremely courteous. The buffet breakfast was unparalleled as well as the dinner buffet. Room serve was very prompt. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment as well. Also, we were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded to a junior suite. I highly recommend this property.

Quiet, great pool, seas crystal clear but steep rocky beech that gets deep extremely quickly. Beach is not suitable for elderly, infirm or children.

Excellent hotel! Very nicely designed with relaxation in mind. One thing I would suggest is that they replace one or two of the live evening events (although very nice) with a DJ for some music to dance so you don't feel obliged to sit and watch the performers. The hotel and staff are outstanding, immaculately cleaned, great food in all of the restaurants and an excellent beach of some of the clearest water I have ever seen!

This hotel was absolutely phenomenal! We arrived early in the morning, well before check in, but were still ushered down to the Elite Club check in area as part of our room package. We were advised that the room would be ready a few hours early, and that we could go and enjoy some breakfast up on the rooftop dining area whilst we waited. We went and got a few things done e.g. car hire, checked out the beach etc. then headed back to get our room keys. We were kindly informed that we had received a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite. The staff all throughout the hotel were absolutely first class, and were so helpful with everything. The room was very spacious and impeccably clean. We had 2 bathrooms, a large bedroom, lounge area and balcony overlooking the spa area and sea. This hotel has everything you could ever need. The restaurants are delightful, and if you really want to treat yourself, head upstairs to Noble for a 5-star degustation experience. The pools were amazing and we were daily users of the tennis court facilities. We even enjoyed an afternoon escaping from one of the hotel's 2 Escape Rooms just off from the lobby area. There is a supermarket attached around from the lobby which sells everything you need at very reasonable prices. All in all, this hotel was an absolute delight to stay at. It felt like our home away from home and couldn't have been more perfect.

Kind of like being at a really nice Hyatt.. if you like that sort of thing. Good food. Great service. Impeccably maintained property. My one knock: Check out time is noon.. and they were sure to let us know. Multiple times. calling our room at 12 sharp, then 12:15, and then sending somebody at 12:30 after we told reception at 12:15 we would be leaving in 15 minutes. It was objectively rude. Also, we checked out on a Sunday and place was nowhere near capacity.

Excellent hotel with an amazing beach. The staff was kind, extremely helpful and accommodating. The food was great as well.
