The customer service was great. The whole staff was polite and helpful. The room was roomy and comfortable. Will enjoy staying here again.

Valet was rude and I couldn’t even keep my car out front while checking in. Chair in room was broken.

Hotel is old and needs updating. Room was dark and noisy. You can hear other guests in hallways and there were sirens throughout the night.

Rooms were very small, coffee maker didn’t work, no creamer or sugar was provided...the bathroom was extremely small as well...paying $280 for this hotel was not worth the money, not even a complimentary breakfast was provided...I will NEVER stay at the Crown Hotel again...the pictures they provide on line IS NOT WHAT YOU GET...😠😠😠...

Do yourself a favor and pack a sleeping bag and stay on the sidewalk. Staff is flippant and unwilling to be helpful. The 'restaurant' is scheduled to close at 9. When I arrived at 8pm I was told the cook decided to go home at 745 and that I was 'on my own' for dinner and that I misread the sign that clearly states 5-9pm. At check-out I was told that I could not receive a receipt because I booked my room through Expedia, despite booking the same room through Expedia two weeks prior and getting a receipt. I have since called and spoken to three representatives at the property and none are willing to help and I have been hung up on twice.

I should start off by saying the staff was excellent at responding to our issues. The problem we had was having to change rooms at check-in FOUR times. Either the hot water wasn’t working or the non-smoking hotel’s room reeked of cigarette smoke. Finally, in the fourth room, we were able to settle in. The hot water worked but never enough to steam up the bathroom mirror the way most hotels do. Again, the staff were excellent at addressing our needs but seemed stretched thin in responsibilities due to COVID.

Booked a 2 night stay. The hotel only saw 1 night fail to look up to see the other night. I had housekeeping banging on the door asking me when will i check out after the first night. I explained i had a 2 night stay. The manager came up telling me i need to see the front desk and pay for the other night when i book through hotels.com already paid for 2 nights. Very frustrating with my infant son trying to sleep. I went down to the deak to recheck in then they told me my car was not working when i pull my account i showing the charge went threw.

Stayed here for a baseball tournament. Room was clean and the manager was helpful. However the hotel had mandatory valet service, which was concerning during Covid-19 and not all the valets wore masks. Many of the amenities were turned off, including laundry and housekeeping. Since we needed to clean the baseball uniform, lack of laundry was a problem. There were also several guests smoking, although it was a non smoking hotel. One night the smoke was so strong through our room vents we needed to block all vents and doors with towels. We left a day early and went to another hotel - the manager did credit us back the last night.

The room had spider webs pretty much everywhere by the windows and the nightstands , and the vent had such an old dusty smell, and gave myself and my boyfriend a sore throat because we had to use it due to how hot it was when the vent wasn’t on. Great location , affordable price , but those things were a turn off
