I do not like swimming pool do not have heather we want to be there but it was cool

All was good except for the pool. We spent 2 Nights there and breakfast was good

Went for a work trip. I found the service in the food and beverage area appauling. Was pushed to pay the bill and service was very slow.

The staff was very friendly! The beds were comfy and the onsight restaurant had great service and food

We had a fantastic stay at the Protea Hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It is in a great location. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the Protea Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, although sometimes a little slow. We loved the ambience of the hotel and the spacious rooms, too. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the lighting in the rooms. It is very dimmed, especially in the bathrooms and over the beds. Otherwise, it was an amazing experience!

We enjoyed our stay at the Protea Hotel. Check in was pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable. Same goes for the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a large selection of food. We also had dinner at the restaurant a couple of times and enjoyed the food there. Mosquitoes weren't a problem in the room. Our room had a mosquito net and insect spray which was reassuring. In the communal areas there were a few mosquitoes but it would be the same at most hotels in Livingstone I'm sure. The real stars of the hotel were its staff, in particular Richard and Henry. Both gentlemen worked in the restaurant and always had a smile on their faces. It's these smiles and service provided by the likes of Richard and Henry that make any travellers stay memorable. We were happy and satisfied with our stay at Protea Livingstone. We would return to the hotel due to its comfortable rooms and the superb staff.

The staff are both very competent and pleasant. Overall vet welcoming place to stay while seeing the sights. On location booking for anything and everything you’d want to do in Livingstone.
