Nice stay, good, accesible location. Good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Clean comfortable, relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it is a nice hotel. The staff is excellent. Martin helped to arrange guides to take us to the places we wanted to see, which was an excellent way to spend our time in Quito, Mitad del Mundo and Mindo. The breakfast is wonderful with a variety of local foods and fruit. Our first afternoon in Quito we took a walk and we had an unfortunate situation where two people squirted horrible goop all over us and tried to steal from us. We hurried back to the hotel and so appreciated the understanding and help we received from the hotel staff.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property. It was an excellent choice and I would stay there again. Very modern, clean, staff was very helpful. It is also walking distance to a variety of restaurants, mercado artesanal, a couple blocs from the market is a large park and you can find more market vendors there as well.

It was in a good location, with restaurants nearby. Nothing too exciting about the hotel, otherwise. Good value.

The location was not so great. Rooms. were fairly clean. Breakfast was good. The manager Michelle made us feel welcome and made our stay comfortable .they went over and beyond to accomodate our needs. They also provided us with a mini fridge and microwave.

Very many food options close by. Quiet rooms. Excellent shower. Decent mattresses and better pillows.

This is my new favorite hotel to stay at in Quito. It’s very clean, it’s in a great location and there’s little things like the central air fan is quiet, it has a bathtub not just a shower, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. I used to stay the Swissotel, I prefer the holiday in express and it’s half the price.

The staff here are excellent we had a good big room on 9 th floor. Everything was great. The lady at breakfast was exceptional she looks after the banqueting in the day time
