2nd floor was hotter than outside. Bathroom floor hasnt been swept in days. Called for a late checkout was givin a te then hung up on!

Our room had very strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was most strong in the bathroom and the hallway.

Very nice and close to everything.. Pillows and bed sheets were dirty but they gave us new ones and pool could use some cleaning!! Overall great stay for a quick trip!

Not wheelchair assessible

I requested a handicap room. They assigned me a room 411 that is supposed to be handicap assessing and I realize you might think it is buts it's not. The toilet was too low, there was no grab bar behind it. I could not close the bathroom door because my wheelchair was in the way. The beds were about 4 inches to high. It was very difficult to get into bed from my wheelchair because I can't stand to get in. The clerk was really nice about it but it was the only room. I would've looked elsewhere if I had known. I paid $160 plus which was a lot higher than other options because I thought I was getting a really accessible room.

I have never stayed at a hotel that requires a $150 cash deposit and I have traveled extensively in the US and abroad. I was notified at check in they needed cash deposit. I didnt have $150 but I did have $120 which they accepted. I said I wanted a receipt so the clerk hand wrote a receipt on a sticky note. Nothing in listing said any thing about a cash deposit. This is a first in yearrs of personal and professional domestic and international travel. Totally ridiculous this day in age when pocket cash is rare. The elevator was broken and looked like it had been out of service for a while. Cable TV in the room was not working. I called the front desk to see if they could do anything and I could not understand what the clerk said so I just watched TV on iPad using mobile service. The room was clean and acceptable but all the above issues made the stay very unpleasant. Road noise was very bad in the room. I would never stay here again. An extremely frustrating stay. I couldn't sleep and left early in the morning. Sleep in your car instead. At least you will know what works and what you are getting.
