They spent all their effort on Berkshire convention attendees and gouged those same attendees for up to 5 times the normal rate. A lot of people that had held hotels.com guaranteed reservations were bumped to properties further away in Omaha or cancelled altogether to rebook Berkshire at a higher rate. Bad business model, I will avoid all IHG in the future if possible. Parking is a joke, they should give 10.00 a day instead of charging for it. Loud and noisy too.

Avoid this Holiday Inn and all IHG brands.

Worst hotel customer service I have ever experienced. Had a large block of rooms booked for a wedding a year in advance, most of which were moved or outright canceled in order to cater to Berkshire Hathaway meeting attendees at a higher price. Nothing was done to properly compensate guests for all of the inconveniences. Avoid this hotel and all IHG brands at all costs.

The swimming/water park is no longer included with the room. It was very disappointing to find out that wristbands were not included with the room and would be $20 per person.

Great staff but rooms were below average

Staff was friendly and very helpful! Checkin and out was a breeze…they did accidentally overcharge me a pool pass was quick to correct it. The pull out bed was horrible to sleep on and there were not enough towels. We had 4 people and only had 3 towels and 1 washcloth for all of us. Also the outlets and lamp didn’t work in the sitting area.

This place is nasty

This place was awful! Waited 20 minutes to check in they couldn't find the front desk person. There was blood on the marble between the toilet and sink. The heater didnt work we froze all night. In the morning telling the front desk person about all these issues they completely dismissed them because they didnt care at all. Never would I stay there again.

Be Aware

Went with our 2 kids and at first we were really excited! Water park was $20 each person… and did not have a free breakfast. The breakfast was a “ buffet “ however the type of food was like a complimentary breakfast at other hotels. Nothing any better and they wanted to charge $12.99 for adults and $8.99 for kids. The room were ok the shower need some work… they didn’t seal around it so it just looked horrible… also booked for 2 king beds and were given a king and couch. Water park was ok besides it being freezing. The hot tub was warm but half the jets worked. No lifeguard so kids were flying down the big slide and crashing into each other at the bottom so our kids were not allowed with concerns of getting hurt. I wouldn’t stay again. I would much rather go to nicer hotel with a regular pool. Kids would have just as much fun and would t cost $80 per day to swim!

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn multiple times throughout the years. It is our go to hotel if we are going to anything at the CHI Center. They have done some recent upgrades and remodel and all of it is awesome! We used to go here because of the water park area for our daughter and it was wonderful as well, we have not used that in years as she is now a teenager so I can’t review that area.

Family fun, rooms with space.

Passing thru. Kids had a blast at the water park and staff were helpful and friendly! Was not happy the water park/pool cost extra email notice cake after the window to cancel but the kids enjoyed so was worth it! Will stay again!

For the price I paid, free breakfast would have been ideal. I've stayed in many Holiday Inn Express and Suites. This was the first with breakfast you had to pay for. You also have to pay for parking and to get into the pool/hot tub.

Booked a room for five. The room only slept four. One kid had to sleep on the floor. One kid did not even get to have a pillow. Waited two hours for sheets to be delivered for the pull out.
