Great facility, across a superb beach, central location and friendly and helpful staff.

Comparing to the many new, while high quality, hotels nearby, this Novotel is rather old and really needs renovation. Absolutely not worth for the price at USD133 per night. Two other ridiculous things were: 1. I have booked a normal superior room. But we were allocated to the smallest room at the corner of the corridor end on the highest floor while the hotel has actually other rooms of the same type available. I could hear the heavy sound of wind at night when the wind blows at the tip of the building. 2. The swimming pool is under some construction and not open! It was not announced anywhere on the booking website. I was only informed when I was checking-in!

Staffs are friendly. I booked superior room but got upgraded to deluxe and we really loved it. The room was large and well design, right across the beach. The hotel location is also in the centre so very convenient. We'll come back again soon.

From the time we stepped into the establishment staff couldn't be more happy to ensure our arrival was easy. Our room was absolutely stunning facing the beach. The amenities were very modern and the shower had very good pressure. Ninh was so lovely and remembered our names, which was very nice. He gave us a recommendation on places to go for dinner as we wanted to eat out of the hotel. Service was excellent. I can highly recommend this establishment.

I like the kindness of the staff. Front desk Anna's service is amazing! Her English is great to communicate with us, very kind to help us to book a fun excursion.

Novotel never disappoint me whichever country I head to. Standardisation is there which makes me feel at home. Although the fixtures and fittings are aged, it is maintained well. Love the bathroom concept.

I am there with my 2yo daughter, the venue, facilities and hospitality is excellent! I would rate 11/10 if I could. Well done and keep it up!

Staff was really really really nice. Upgraded both rooms to Ocean view as he noticed me and my friends was 4 hours late from my said check in time. (Passing through Immigration was a 2.5 hour thing).

Friendly staff, free upgrade to a better room with a lovely little balcony and view of road and beach, location excellent right across the road from the beach. Good swimming pool.

you should stay here because of the location, view, walking distance to eat/shop/market. great service by hotel for spa, food and warm welcome. bell boy are knowledgeable about the surrounding area and give some good recommendation on which place to go. manager in duty give good recommendation on which spa service should i get for my wife.
