Check seriously frustrating So so clean interior

I'm blaming the app for my poor review. The place was advertised as a hotel. No one at check in or a reception desk. Had to spend 45 minutes with an off site service getting pass codes to enter the building and room which included downloading an app to "docusign". Too time consuming and frustrating. Room was so so clean. In the Covid era I should have gone with a chain that wipes down doorknobs, etc. Door to room had clearly been broken into at some point and not repaired properly. My pic says it all...

The location was great and easy to find. The room size was wonderful - very spacious - and the decor was attractive. For a two bedroom condo it was huge. Nice, solid, comfortable and practical furnishings - 1 item (sofa) showed a little wear. Great ottomans & TVs. The beds slept great and good darkening curtains. Each bathroom had a Jacuzzi - very nice!!! - and were spacious. Kitchen was nice (great cabinets and counters & appliances) but the silverware and pots were lacking - 6 forks total, no large frying pan. The view was amazing and 2 great balconies. Outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool and hot tub are nice. They were the only ones open due to covid. A little chilly though. We partially chose this site for the indoor pool which we were not informed was closed until we arrived. That was disappointing but we struck it up to covid and are willing to look past it. Heads UP: The site emails your building code, room code and location of the office the day of your check in. That being said, when you arrive at the site there are no signs that say that, nor where the office is . The Office is in a building across the street with a different name. Confusing, especially if you don't check emails while driving?!?!?!

Not too bad!

Loved the location! The condo itself was very spacious and we had plenty of room to relax! The floors definitely need a good cleaning as our feet turned very dirty if we didn’t leave our shoes on. We had an awesome oceanfront condo but there were a lot of people smoking cigarettes and marijuana on almost every other balcony, which normally wouldn’t bother me except we had a small child and couldn’t use the balcony at all so they didn’t smell the fumes....it wasn’t minor fumes either. It says smoking prohibited which is why we chose it but it was not enforced at all!

Great Relaxing Long Weekend!

This trip was great! From the ease of checking in to the time we enjoyed on the beach. Everything was in excellent shape and we really enjoyed our vvacation!
