Everyone was good except the shower. It sounded like a generator hooked to a pressure washer. Not a good way to get clean!

Hard to leave property if turning left but overall good location in Athen's. Was generally quite and the rooms were nice and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was technically hot and was available every morning. It was edible but pretty bland especially compared to the places to eat all around. Slightly better than average experience.

Upon arrival, the desk clerk informed me that no dogs were allowed to stay. I explained that we just drove in from Florida and due to the Georgia Bulldog events going on downtown most hotels were already booked. She could hear the desperation in my voice as I also had my disabled adult cousin with me so she called the manager on duty and he approved my little (house broke) Yorkie, Sammy to stay. I am very grateful that they didn't turn us away as the cold and snow were right behind us. Thank you!

Very nice clean hotel. Staff were friendly. The outside of the hotel needs to be cleaned up around dumpster. Old nasty mattresses and trash. If I had not already reserved on line and saw that I would not have stayed.

Hotel needs some attention/ care

Good overall, but rooms/hotel need some care. Mildew in caulk in showers. Mark on sofa. Wall paint touched up with wrong paint color, so walls need repainting. Carpets in hallway stained and dirty.

My only complaint was that there were several lights throughout the building that kept flickering and whatever cleaner they used for the rooms… the smell nearly suffocated me as I entered the room. But, the room was very clean and I felt very comfortable sleeping in my room. No one bothered me during my stay and it was very quiet. I’d stay here again!
