great hotel. Beautiful views on mountains. 200m from train station.

I had a beautiful room and an excellent breakfast. The reception and the staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is located near the station.

This was my first time in Bolzano, which was a wonderful surprise. Love the place and will go back. This hotel, which I sadly was in for just one night, is right across from the train station and next to a park that still had a Christmas market up. I had a lovely room with two twin beds pushed together. Not sure they have any queen/kings. The service was quite good and the property a lovely Art Nouveau gem with great architectural and interior features. The interiors in the rooms and halls are a bit dated, but nothing that new carpet, some updated paint colours and perhaps updated furniture wouldn’t fix. The restaurant for breakfast was quite good — the best on my trip. I believe it has a good reputation for dinner, although I didn’t eat there. If you do go to Bolzano, you may want to make dinner reservations as I found it hard to get into restaurants for lunch or dinner (in a Friday night). On Fridays at 9:30ish the hotel has live music in its beautiful bar. Reservations required for seating and it gets quite busy. More

Everything was perfect, maybe a more confortble bed would make this hotel superlative !

Very nice old fashioned hotel. Room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Parking was extra which was a hassle. Staff was nice but not very knowledgeable about hiking.

Close to train station. A very nice bar in the hotel. I booked a double bed room but it turn out to be two single bed put together.

Excellent hotel accommodation... my only suggestion being a modern internationnal traveller with multiple electronics that require charging daily, a charging station with USB ports and several universal plug ports are essential. Instead of having one phone here, laptop their and an iPad in the bathroom... etc.

The back terrace and garden were lush, wonderful place to have a drink and unwind. Proximity to train stn was excellent. Room was more than comfortable.
