Hotel clean, beds fairly comfortable. Staff not the friendliest, no smiles, stood at desk for check in while guy behind counter typing in computer....did not acknowledge me, or say, "one moment please" for a good 1-2 minutes before he checked me in (it was very strange here, with several of the employees). I would say that a good training in customer service/ interaction could make this a more friendly and welcoming place. Breakfast was fair. The big plus is that the hotel was quiet, could not hear a lot of outside noise or hallway noise. It was close to some beautiful places to visit. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Television was not a great picture. The swimming pool was closed for some problems.

Found a full beer can in our room. Also, said they had a Jacuzzi and it was not working. Staff was really friendly and breakfast was decent!

Personnel nice, but water break in sub teens temps disallowed shower and bath around the prime 9 am hour; declined discount for next reservation at a Comfort Inn. Had to go showerhead and unshaved (could have arisen earlier, but slept till 8).
