Amazing location!

Convenient location to all locations including ponti vechio, and Uffitizi. Staff was awesome and friendly. Breakfast was great. The hotel is a little worn and the bead was a lumpy sack of dead cats. Overall we’d probalably stay hear again because of the excellent staff and the walking convenience. FYI the photos show a rooftop area but it is NOT available to all guest. Suite only. If your looking for Florentine steak check out dall’ Oste. Delicious and right around the corner.

Very clean room with a friendly, accommodating staff. Location was great! Close to shopping, the Duomo and Train Station. Loved the view from our room window with the tile roofs in Florence. Luggage storage was a big bonus.

This hotel is in a perfect location, so close to the Duomo, train station, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Michaelangelo.... Check-in was exceptional and all staff were very helpful. They even provided us with a bottle of champagne for our wedding anniversary, such a lovely touch. The room is well equipped and comfortable, breakfast is also good. A great experience and would recommend to anyone visiting Florence.
