Incredible value and location!

We are still shaking our heads at the incredible value for this lovely, large and comfortable room -- literally across the street from The Alhambra. (Easy to imagine paying 3 or 4 times as much!) The breakfast was a terrific value as well, and the front desk people were always cheerful and helpful.

Fabulous hotel guardalupe

Excellent friendly staff very helpful lovely hotel opposite the Alhambra good shuttle service into town £1.40 each way.

The standard rooms are very outdated with extremely old style amenities. The shower head was fixed in the centre of the bathtub resulting in very little space to manoeuvre and the water spilling out on to the bathroom floor. Our room was not cleaned on our last day in spite of the sign hanging on the door for a good 7 hours! We were offered a room with a terrace for the last night and this was way much better designed and furnished. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful but the breakfast staff were cold and unfriendly. This property is only getting by on it's excellent proximity to the Alhambra - a minute's walk away!

Nice property for a good price in a good area. You have to walk about 12 minutes to get to the center of town but I did not want to be in the center of town anyways so it was great for us. There is a beautiful park that you can walk through that makes it very pleasant.

AMAZING 5 NIGHT EXPERIENCE

Oh my goodness we loved it! So well priced, literally amazing room, lovely service, so clean! My boyfriend got food poisoning at a different restaurant one night and the receptionist was super nice and brought us toast and tea for him, always looking out for us. She’s super nice, and made sure we had preordered our Alhambra tickets, also explained the breakfast procedures etc. The only downside is we don’t have a car, so we had to walk up the hill to the hotel - before realising that there was a bus service! Oops. I would definitely stay here again - it’s been our favourite hotel so far. I cannot recommend it enough. It’s also right next to the Alhambra, and two restaurants. Wifi, aircon, and tv all work well. Good shower and bath.

Service was excellent. The woman who checked us in was so very friendly and helpful. Location is awesome and breakfast was great.
