Stayed in their sister hotel around the corner but was lovely. The rainfall shower was the best part. Comfy beds and pillows Small room but perfect for us. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again:)

It is a good hotel but the room wasn't what was descripted, I was abit disappointed with that

the rooms are very small, for 3 persons staying here is a nightmare. the furniture and the entire building is old in the inner. the single pro is the location.

Absolutely abysmal worst hotel I’ve been to in my life. We picked this hotel purely due to location. The lady at the front desk refused to give her name. It is not good for people that lack mobility. They are not doing their breakfast buffet and when we tried to get extra juice the next day the lady was advised by the woman upstairs we are only allowed one as she wasn’t happy we had extra the day before. I’ll add pictures. It is like a cheap hostel. I’ll insert pictures. It is dirty and the customer service is non-existent. Please check reviews prior to coming here. The room they put us in upstairs was so small we could barely move around there was hair on the floor behind the bed looks like it has never been cleaned. Mould in the bathroom and dirt on the floor. Cleanliness is imperative especially during a worldwide pandemic. After highlighting with hotels.com we were unhappy with check in we were challenged by the lady at the front desk in an abrupt manner we were given a different room (which took a while and caused a lot of disruption to our day) it was to a decent standard although it stunk of cigarettes we swapped as it was much better than the first room we were put in. It is evident from the pictures this ‘hotel’ is sub-par, I couldn’t even add all of the pictures as there were so many- take from that what you will. I don’t understand how they ‘check’ the rooms when they look like this. Save your money. Go elsewhere. It’s just not worth it. Ruined the whole trip.

It was good, some of the plug sockets didn’t work. Apart from that it was in good condition and clean.

Excellent amenities and quick and efficient check in. Quiet and clean room. Accommodated my breakfast needs.

Great weekend, walking distance to connections for our trip to Belgium and also into town. Hotel is really lovely and the staff even arranged a 'take-away' breakfast for us on our trip day as we had to be at meet point before breakfast started. Room was clean and had everything we needed, staff very friendly and check-in was easy. If there is a down side, that would be the stairs but we knew about this beforehand when reviewing the hotel before booking.

Hotel was close to Buckingham palace and tube/coach stations. Staff was friendly
