Searching for a hotel with breakfast, this hotel appeared in the search. I ended up taking this hotel. together with my little daughter, weighing her, for breakfast. Arriving at the hotel, I asked and said that they were no longer offering breakfast. I complained on the site with an attendant in the chat. but without solving anything! the website and the hotel should be removed from the survey including breakfast !!!

Every think so good but have a cover bottle in a sing and it haven't kettle or coffee&Tea for support to costumer. Thank.

Property was clean and reasonably comfortable. There were too many steps in the property both up and down We booked two rooms at the same time but they put out friend in a separate building in the next street and made no effort to swap this for us.

The location was very quiet and safe really near to Victoria station by the corner of the hotel there’s a really good restaurant the people that work at the front desk are helpful and nice.

Room was lovely small but balcony added the space despite the weather. Great location

Nice hotel only a few minutes away from Victoria Station. Clean room, comfortable bed, tea, coffee and a bottle of water in room. Nice staff, good breakfast. Ideal for a few nights stay.

The location is good but the room is really tiny. A little bit noisy when people walk through your door.
