Great location if you’re trying to stay a bit further away from the main hustle and bustle (St. Marks Square area). But, the walk to the main areas are definitely doable. Super friendly and accommodating staff as well. And, there’s air conditioning! Definitely recommend.

Nice area, quite friendly and helpful staff. TV did not work due to a storm (and was never fixed during our stay). Breakfast was ok. The shower was nice, but the bathroom was impractical.

Good location. Hosts were good. WiFi bad to non-existent. They did try to fix it though. First world problems..Room comfortable and unique. Overall an enjoyable stay. Venice. No other city like it. Probably a good thing...

Good location, friendly people and good room Very poor breakfast

Excellent little jewel in a quiet suburb of Venice. It is a 25 minute walk to the tourist area and Piazza San Marco or you can catch the Vaporetto which is very nearby. It is a nice escape from the hordes of tourists that overrun Venice. The room is a solid 3-4 star, not overly luxurious but nice enough. The commercial soap dispensers in the bathroom were an interesting touch :-). The wifi and tv were down and the owner explained there was an area outage. This was no big deal as if you’re in Venice, you should be out walking and exploring. All in all, I recommend the Avogaria if you want comfortable lodging in close proximity to the cruise terminal and enjoy strolling. The staff are wonderful.

Tolles Hotel mit nur 5 Zimmer die individuelle eingerichtet sind. Sehr freundliche Gastgebern die extra Wünsche wenn möglich erfüllen. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit bei Tipps und geben die Informationen gerne ab. Sie sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich! Top Lage (außerhalb des Massentourismus) und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar!

L'hôtel est vraiment très bien situé, juste à côté d'une station vaporetto et dans le quartier de l'Académie. La rue est calme et la chambre spacieuse. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon. Cerise sur le gâteau, le personnel est vraiment adorable. Ce fut un réel plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Bref que du positif !

Hospedagem muito amável os anfitriões são muito simpáticos e educados. O hotel é muito bom, nos sentimos em casa. Localização muito boa, um pouco distante do agito, o que garante tranquilidade para o descanso, mais proximidade dos locais turísticos na medida! Recomendo muito.
