breakfast was very good, the cherry vodka in the crystal decanter with glasses in the room was a lovely touch.The two bottles of water put in the room every day was very helpful. The communal areas of the hotel were useful. All was very good

Very nice hotel just a couple of minutes from the old town. All the staff spoke. English and were very helpful. Breakfast was very good plenty to choose from. Room was small but very clean. We had a small balcony which was nice. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very close to the Old Town, an easy walk from Krakow Glowny railway station, so great if you are travelling by train from the airport. My room was on the 1st floor at the front of the building, double glazing was amazing, you could not hear the street noise! Breakfast was quite limited, on our 2nd morning the bread rolls were like bricks, I think they were the leftovers from the previous day🙄 But that didn't really affect our stay. Eating out is very cheap, so treat yourself to breakfast elsewhere. I would stay at this hotel again.

I recently stayed at the Amber hotel & I have to say I was pleasantly surprised it was spotless it staff were so helpful & it's location was great would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone will definitely return

Hotel Amber was great! The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast delicious. The best part is the location. Close to the Square and a lot of mass transit.

The staff were very helpful and knew the area well. It was a short walking distance, maybe 10-15 minutes, from the main attractions and a very short walk for restaurants. The coffee machine for breakfast was great and made lattes, espresso, etc. The rooms were simple but clean and with plenty of space.

This hotel is in a great area, just about 3 minutes walk from the old town with several restaurants in the vicinity. It is divided into the Amber Boutique hotel which is 4 star and the Amber Hotel which is 3 star. We stayed in the 3 star and whilst the furnishings were dated, the room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast is the same whether you stay in the 3* or 4* The staff were very welcoming and happily booked an airport transfer and trip to the salt mines.
