The hotel is right by the Chateau walls and short walk to the old town center. Parking can be tricky and the rooms a bit small.

Lovely traditional hotel

With limited choice for hotels with parking in old town Annecy this hotel was ideal.

Is it bijou or simply tiny and cramped?

Good location but small parking (6 cars only) and very small room. Would nor wish to stay again.

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to visit this lovely city! It’s in perfect walking distance to everything, the staff are very accommodating, especially with the fact I had an 11 month old, and the terrace is fab for a little wine with a view! We walked every where from here! The room was comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was a good choice as well. Stay here!!

Unique old accommodation at top of town

Beautiful town and surrounding lake must do 1 hrcruise around lake this medieval town has numerous bars restaurants with loads of old world charm Recommend to any traveller only negative tight parking

Great location

This is the place to stay for location! It is within comfortable walking distance of everything! Parking is very limited, I’m not sure where you would park if it were full. We got the last spot when we arrived and it was not a super busy time. I would call the hotel to confirm. Breakfast was identical to an airport hotel we stayed at on this trip. Very basic, only protein was one choice of deli meat, and yogurt. The only exception to the “ weird this hotel serves the same thing as the airport hotel, isn’t it” was the coffee. It was “cowboy cofffee” you know the kind, where you take the grounds out when the spoon stands up on its own! I love a good strong cup of cofffee, but there was no saving this coffee. Perfect place for location, not perfect for coffee.

Delight of Annecy

My Husband and I really enjoyed our stay, everyone was very helpful and friendly from check in until we left.Our room was clean, spacious with a wonderful view over the old town. It is a short walk into the middle of the old town which surprisingly was open on a Sunday night, we had an amazing dinner at one of the recommended local restaurants.the breakfast wasn't the best I've had but was substantial and tasty and very reasonably priced. The only negative I had was that we were only there for 1 night I would have loved to spend some more time in Annecy.

Worth it.

Fun little room above the roofs near the chateau. Also, we liked the terrace area.

Great location

Lovely family run hotel right next to the castle. Owners are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small and the walls very thin indeed. Probably best to whistle, or turn the TV up loud when using the loo! Breakfast was good...range of pastries, cereals, bread, hams, cheeses, etc. Tasty coffee. Perfect place for visiting Annecy.
