My stay was amazing. Hotel was very nice and accurate based on online description. I want to specifically thanks Eliyas the front desk clerk. He was very helpful, thoughtful and helped me and my family in the right directions during our stay. He deserves a raise!

Very near the main station, Just opp the stn 3 mins walk. Coop & restaurant also less than 5 mins walk. Very good location! Staff very friendly, breakfast ok, but the room really small. If open 2 luggages at the same time, totally no extra space to walk. Free coffee & tea at the lounge till 9pm. Got a small lift in the hotel, but you need to pull your luggage up few steps to reach lift. We enjoy our stay in this hotel.

Warm and welcoming. Great place on the porch to share a beer and memories after a day of incredible hiking or experiencing Jungfrau. You feel at home here.

Great View

The view of the mountains from the room was the best feature of this hotel. Truly amazing looking up at the Eiger. The only issue with the view room was it was right over the street. Ear plugs solved the noise issue. The room was small and awkward, sink at the foot of the bed! It was clean. Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. Parking was 5CHF per day, not bad. The hotel is right in the middle of town so it was very easy to walk around. Lots of great shops and restaurants are just steps away.
