When arriving there was some miscommunication about the security deposit so I left and returned with the payment and while I was talking to my company about the hotel price and all that the front desk employee told me I should leave and go stay at another hotel. Mind you this was a private conversation I was having. As I was handing her my card to pay she still kept making remarks about having me leave or go to another place which is when I got upset and asked her to just check me in. Never in my experience with hotels have I had such horrible customer service who repeatedly tried pushing me out of the establishment because I was having a conversation about hotel prices. Along with that came hidden fees for parking which they disguised as a one time fee but when charging me later turned out to be a daily fee. Their front desk employee Lupe was the disaster of my trip and I will not be returning to this place!

I would've liked fir the property to let us know about the deposits.

DO NOT STAY HERE, IT IS NOT SAFE! I had a reservation here for 9 nights, on my second day here, I watched a man get shot dead in the middle of the day right outside the front door of the hotel. Guests were then locked inside for the remainder of the day pending investigation and had to be questioned by police. We had a police officer also stop us walking to get a coffee at 11 am the following day telling us not to walk around or let anyone approach us. There were gangs outside all week and inside the hotel all week wandering around as well as homeless people. Laundry getting taken from the laundry room etc etc. It is very unsafe and not worth taking any kind of deal to be here.

It was fun! But the receptionist was very rude.

2 bed room feels so cramped and the beds are connected to the walls on both ends so it makes for difficulty getting in or out of bed. Bathroom is spacious. It is so plain but the kitchen is there. Full size fridge... oh and free laundry. You must pay for parking... security is constantly walking and checking parking permits. Police seem to do regular rounds multiple times a day in the parking garages....elevators are so far from some rooms and they take forever if its a busy time of day... lots of activity... homeless activity is a downside. Right off freeway is a plus.

This nasty hotel does not follow the cdc guidelines and everyone walking around is not wearing masks including some of the staff. They lie about the pol time being private. Tweekers up all night long being loud and annoying. Not a clean place.

First impression are the best! LEROY front desk is the reason I will always come here!! Great customer service and clean facility!

The room is clean but we notice the outside and elevators have new graffiti and not as clean. We didn’t feel safe staying here this weekend... definitely different atmosphere than when we stayed there in December.
