El lugar esta a unos metros de la catedral super centrico, el cuarto estaba muy limpio pero muy pequeño, el desayuno honestamento se me hizo muy pobre. Los frijoles estaban muy amargos. El jugo de naranja es de pulpa de caja. Pero bueno por $1200 pesos que pague esperaba un poco mejor. De cualquier forma me volveria a quedar en ese hotel y una cosa que si le hace falta es que el personal sea un poco mas Cortez hablo de las personas de recepcion tanto de la mañana como de la tarde. La señorita de el desayuno fue muy amable

Very clean and they are very cautious about the corona virus.

The lock in the room was damage we could not get in the room they took very long to open and couldn’t open they told us they would give us another room till morning. Our things were lock in the room so we had to go buy a few things to stay in another room when we got back they said they opened the room. So stay in same room with damaged lock. We left in morning they didn’t even say sorry for inconvenience. I don’t have foto forgot to take pictures

This place is within walking distance of main cathedral, plaza, restaurants, EVERYTHING pretty much. Clean, safe feel. Breakfast buffet was amazing. I would definitely recommend

The room was clean, and in a great location. Bed was comfortable, there was AC which great.

The rooms with the terrace have an expectacular view of the city, especially the cathedral at night.

Staff is so friendly, with service attitude and friendly. Great view and location, you can walk around downtown but very noisy! Even Valet brought me forgotten stuff from my 6 blocks away car. We got there on a rainy friday night to discover they dont have a parking lot, the valet couldnt get our car because the street was shut down for a police exhibition, so we had to walk in the rain to get to the hotel. Second night, still the street closed, the valet had to bring the car from 6 block away to a parking lot the hotel have a deal with. On Sunday we woke up to a very loud sound check in front of the hotel at 6:30 am! the street was still closed because of a marathon in downtown and the man with the mic was cheering e-v-e-r-y single runner... We had to get out of the hotel around 9 am to visit near towns even thou we slept only like 2.5 hrs because it was disturbing. You can hear local musicians playing in the main place, people talking, a live music bar some steps away playing until 2 am, or rooftop bars in the nearby buildings. I could barely sleep the first 2 nights. It was very annoying to be out the whole day to get there to get some rest and hear that much noise until late night, definitely not a place to get some rest. Also the first night, the duvet had old blood stains, they changed it but still uncomfortable. A bit disappointed with it.
