Not real good.

We were given keys to a room that wasn't ready, then waited for 30 minutes after check in time before being able to go into the room. They did not have lotion, my key had to be reprogrammed, the room light flickered when turned off, lamp outlets didn't work. Workers were rude when we were patiently waiting for our check-in. The pool was dirty and there were no towels in the pool room.

Bad Mattress

Front desk Check-in was amazing. Room needs some repairs. The mattress sucked! Definitely was not the usual Holiday Inn mattress. One reason I stay with HI is comfort of bed and pillows. Disappointed.

I didn’t like the fact they didn’t have hot water and when we told them about it they didn’t resolve the issue and the next morning they stated well maintenance knows about that. They didn’t care that we had to take cold baths as well as when we reported outlets didn’t work they did not resolve that issue as well. The lamps shades had what I believed were food stains or maybe makeup. I was very unsatisfied with my stay.

Hotel absolutely sucks.

This was without a doubt the worst hotel stay experience I have ever had. Room stank like BO , staff was completely clueless or did not care. Other people in our party lost their room due to a computer error! Had all their luggage and personal belongings gone through and packed up by staff. I booked an extra room for the following night while standing at the front desk and the next day no one could find it. Later I was told by the lady she had simply forgot to book it. Went for breakfast everything was empty and people where sitting around waiting. Overheard staff say “not sure what they are waiting on I’m only putting out so much” Our party ended up spread out all over town and at the end of the day the hotel ended up with availability due to a computer error. I give this hotel an absolute negative review and I will be filling a complaint with holiday inn for a full refund. This experience was terrible.

Beautiful hotel. Fancy and excellent location. Some areas need TLC and deep cleaning. (The chair in the room had gross arm rests for example.) Overall a nice stay. Hot breakfast is convenient for travelers.
