This is just a room in an apartment building. Pictures looks like modern nice hotel, but it is definitely not. There are some people who leave their permanently, and other rooms they are renting out. Breakfast is limited and not tasteful. I wish I knew all this before booking, and avoid it.

Adelphi Grande Sukhumvit has been our choice accommodation for our biannual trips to Bangkok for the past three years. Excellent service as always and the friendly staff makes a point to remember us and our young kids!

Overall very good - location excellent for our requirements, the hotel is in the middle of renovations so carpark was a little difficult to fined a space the rooms are looking nice and clean however as I am in this line of work I can see issues will arise quickly with materials wearing out and looking shoddy quickly, but that said all looks good at this time

Good value for money. Very friendly, helpful and approachable staffs. The washer and dryer in the room is very useful and reduce the weight of luggage. Breakfast is simple but we are in Bangkok. Good food is everywhere. Good location and it's not noisy at all. Location caters to Japanese. However, the beds need to add topper to make it softer.

Rooms not as fantastic as other reviews, according to my views Most bath facilities, very dated and some not functioning well. Bath tube especially, poor and bad design intent as the small glass panel blocking the water from spilling, dun work at all as the shower head positioning is too high and angled at wrong direction. Most areas of floor will be wet and will thus create fall hazard as the tub is quite high, not adviseable for old folks and kids Hotel location wise, quite a distance to walk out to main road, during night, it’s a dark stretch of road to walk - To me, quite secluded as am with my girls One thing good about praising are the friendly staff Overall rating to me, it’s just moderate compare to my other stay in Bangkok (The attach is the dishonest cab driver that drove me to a normal road heading to airport which resulted a 40mins jam before entering the road to airport, during the journey I questioned him by not going via expressway in which in hotel, had already agreed with the staff paying a 700 baht for price inclusive of highway. He argued that Highway is having accident and that it’s heavily Jam. That is around 4 plus dated 12-06-19, I checked my apps and my Friend staying in Bangkok, there’s no such accident happened at that time. Think the hotel called him regards to the drive, he lied that he went on expressway and took a photo where he’s heading to airport) He demanded for exact amount to be paid where he did not fulfilled what’s been agreed.
