I enjoy my stay every time Im there

I would recommend you find somewhere else to stay. There was trash in lots of places, I think they gave our king room to someone else (gave us key cards and someone was already in the room). The hotel had guests loud in the halls until 1 am. Additionally, hot water was not working. Really disappointing as I've stayed in many other Alofts before and had positive, consistent experiences.

The parking is less than convenient. You need to park off-site and walk to the hotel. Okay ... unless it's pouring rain like it was for me. Facility is pet-friendly which is great. Would like to have a had a small microwave in the room. Shower door didn't close completely leading to lots of water on the floor. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby.

Not what I expected from an aloft. Felt like a college dorm and was not very clean. Lot of ware and tear to the room and the toilet paper holder was missing. Glad it was only $76 a night

It was ok, the rooms are tiny, the shower leaked all over the floor. The bed was comfy. No microwaves or breakfast. The bartender at the bar in the lobby was soooooooooooooo rude!!!!!!

I liked everything about the hotel except the parking. You have to walk outside and around the building to get to the parking garage wish they had it connected. But other than that it was a great experience.

The room that they put us in was dirty and not cleaned. They moved us to another room and it was clean

These are the things I would have changed about my stay. *Include the Qur'an as an option to read *There was coffee trash left in the room *The floors weren't vacuumed completely * The shower was terrible. The shower head had an extremely slow drip.

The staff was great. The lobby was very nice, there were many ways to keep the guest entertained. There was a pool table, an indoor fire place, a bar, and a balcony with a great view of park place. I was impressed! Suggestion, dust the room phones. Everything else was excellent.
