We asked for a walk in shower not over the bath and initially got one over the shower, we got an accessible shower as that was the only walk in shower. The food was awful and staff were unhelpful, other than the General Manager.

Relaxing break

We found the hotel facilities excellent . The staff very friendly bed very comfy. We did not eat in the restaurant so can not comment . Thought the breakfast a little on the expensive side.

Room service :(

Lovely hotel, grounds and room - very comfortable and clean. I arrived quite late and decided to order room service which is 24 hour on the menu. I called to order and there qas no answer (3 times) so eventually went down to reception to order - waited around 10 minutes until somebody arrived. I ordered two sandwiches which arrived a short time later. Ive eaten at this hotel before and couldnt fault the food. However 2 sandwiches with very minimal filling and stale bread arrived with some chips. Really disappointed for the £16 pricetag to be honest. Definetly some attention needed in this area as it really did let the stay down after travelling all day.

Another Night away

The hotel and staff are excellent. Unfortunately some of the guests need teaching protocol whilst staying in hotels. It is NOT acceptable to walk up and down the corridors in flip flops, slamming doors, talking load Lt and laughing at 0500

Good leisure centre not much choices on menu’s The room we stayed in The main building needs updating not good for people with difficulty on climbing stairs .stayed here before nice hotel

Nice hotel and facilities but unbearably hot room

Spa facilities are fantastic with a great range of food and drink options. Our issue was with the room. Itself, really nicely decorated but unbearably hot. Even with radiators off and windows open. This was clearly a known issue as a desk fan was provided, but even this made minimal difference. For clarity, it was not a particularly warm day or night. There seemed to be something pumping heat into this room which we were not able to find.
