Great location. Friendly.helpful staff - even gave me a choice of rooms. Very.nice breakfast.

My room did not have functioning WiFi. The room was not clean, there was hair everywhere; the staff tried, but did not address the broken WiFi. Every night at midnight there was a loud beeping noise coming from the reception area which last 30-60 minutes. At checkout, no one asked how my stay was. However, the location is excellent and some of the staff were very friendly.

Perfect location! Bars & restaurants on the doorstep with a grocery to the left in same block. Everything is walkable. Our minibar didn’t work but we told them & the next day we got one that even had a tiny freezer with ice cube tray. We even had a separate living room with sofa, chairs, tables & another tv! Tv also in bedroom. The free breakfast 7-10am had scrambled & hardboiled eggs, fruits, veggies, breads, toaster, cheeses & meats,cereals, milk, juices & coffee. They give you a voucher for 2 free drinks at their cafe/bar(NO alcohol served here), where the outdoor wrap around terrace is & you can even sit out there without having to order. The 2 ladies at front desk were very nice & helpful. At checkout Eyela let us pay our bill with all of our leftover cash (BAM)& the remainder on our credit card, as we were headed to the AP where they did NOT have a currency exchange booth & the duty free ship was priced only in euros. Just a small cafe there for drinks & snack payable in bam. They have a shuttle for AP that we prebooked the day before as it serves all 4 of their hotels but when we decided to leave earlier, she called & he came in just 5 min. Elevator only to check in desk on9th floor, then up 1 flight to cafe/terrace, then up more stairs depending on which floor you are on. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Sarajevo.

Tolle Lage, direkt an der Fußgängerzone. Die Altstadt ist 10 min entfernt. Die Rezeption hat ein Taxi zur Abholung am Flughafen vermittelt. Großes Zimmer mit schönem Blick. Freundliches Personal. Nur ein Manko: kein Frühstück. Dafür eine Bäckerei direkt nebenan.

Zimmer zu klein Bad sehr klein ohne Ablage für Zahnbürsten kein halterung für Handtücher 9 Stock mit Lift und weitere 3 Stockwerke zufuss Treppe ohne Aufzug sowas habe ich nirgends gesehen bus jetzt ich reiße viel Privat auch Geschäftlich Preis war zu teuer für das was Hotel bietet als 4 Sterne ??? Warum passt nicht wie sehen andere aus

Geweldig om bovenin een flatgebouw te slapen in hartje Sarajewo.prachtig uitzicht op de stad.
