Great hotel close to Spark arena and Britomart. This was my first stay and i was really pleasantly surprised by the hotel! Im a gold member of hotels.com and received some free benefits during a promo such as free parking, breakfast and a bottle of wine. This made our room super cheap for the night when taking these things into consideration. The room itself was a decent size, comfortable, lovely shower, clean and with a lovely balcony. We found it pretty quiet and im not sure there was anyone else staying on the tenth floor with us haha. The staff were really good to deal with, breakfast in the attached restaurant really yummy, and parking a breeze. I found it handy to have a large mirror (not full length) in the bathroom, usb plug points and a fridge. The complimentary chocolate was also a nice detail :) Id love to see the following improvements, full length mirror on the back door of the wardrobe, robe hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels or clothes, shower cap, extra toilet roll, compendium and a luggage stand. I would definitely stay here again!

A terrible experience from both hotels.com and this hotel when booking, the hotel wouldnt accept debit card or cash deposits which is stated anywhere on hotels.com. I don't own a credit card, so was unable to stay in the end as they wouldnt take a cash deposit of any amount. Horrid experience upon trying to check in at 6pm and being left stranded in Auckland with no where to stay

Needs upgrading beds are old n peeling at bottom bathroom n kitchen Old parking to far away But breakfast was awesome 👍to the staff in the restaurant, very expensive for what I got

the trouble with this reveiw is that they demand a comment and that makes me think that the only people that reveiew are the ones with the time to comment

The parking itself was good however there is no short time parking area at the time of arrival to park and check in

I have stayed at the Nesuto for both business and family holidays in Auckland. It is an excellent place to stay: easily accessible, and within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the harbour as well as the commercial district. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are lovely: clean, tidy, and well organised. There is a restaurant for breakfast and dinner which is very nice. I recommend the Nesuto and will continue to stay there on my visits to Auckland.

Good location, and clean and tidy place. Recommend for an overnight stay in the CBD.

Was very clean and quiet. Well placed for the Spark arena and the free parking was great and easy to use
