Air conditioning seemed to be preset at 25C and that was a bit warm. Location excellent and nice hotel, comfortable bed. Rooftop bar and restaurant although we didn’t have a chance to use it.

What a scam!

This is the worst hotel we’ve been to during our trip to Sicily. First night : we are put in a room under the floor that is under construction. The whole 4th floor, and probably the 3rd, since we could still hear it on the 2nd, have their walls vibrating and are slammed with construction noises. It is highly rude to sell hotel rooms to people when you know that they will be in the middle of construction noises during the whole day since it only stops after 17h30 ! We had to negotiate with the reception staff to get another room because at first it was « fully booked » until I said to cancel the night because I’ll call Hotel.com to explain the situation and be refunded, and then pouf, a new room was available. Second night : our ceiling is disgusting with moisture and mold because the room above us has its bathroom leaking. Plus, you can actually hear the water falling onto the ceiling ! Also, the only good thing about this hotel is its rooftop, that’s actually the reason why we booked this hotel : the rooftop they advertised. But they had privatized the rooftop ! So they advertise something to make you come and then this exact thing is made unavailable for you. Also, they privatized that rooftop for a concert. Yeah, a concert right above the ceiling of a hotel so the clients can’t sleep. We couldn’t sleep at all. The rooms are all mediocre with little to none natural light since the windows open directly on the walls of the next building. A really bad experience.

Would not let us cancel our reservation despite the fact that we were unable to travel for to Coronavirus. They wouldn't even let us reschedule it to next year.

Great location, friendly service, fair price

Easy to find in historic centre. Friendly welcome. Very clean well appointed room. Great views from terrace. All for a reasonable prjice.

Functional and clean hotel , central location

Good modern hotel in central Palermo, rooms are a good size, our room was quiet, hotel arranged parking but our car was too big to enter, so be aware if you travel with a larger vehicle

Good B&B, clean, well located. Good service too.

The property is clean and the service was very good. Well located, walkable. They even offered to park our car for us, which was great. Missed the breakfast on the rooftop, but it was not their fault, it was due to COVID.

It was clean and provided everything we needed. But they were having some renovations in the room next door and we couldn't rest at all when we were in our room at daytime.
