The suite was nice and had a full kitchen. The bathroom was a bit small and didn’t have two ways to enter, it wasn’t connected to the bedroom. It also only had one mirror and it was in the bathroom and nowhere else in the suite. It was hard to get ready when you only had one mirror and there were 3 of us in the suite.

The most amazing place we have ever stayed the place was clean the staff was so friendly the rooms were large there was so much space for my children to play we recommend this hotel to any family is looking for an enjoyable vacation

We really enjoyed our trip to Maui and ate at Dukes twice which was very close and convenient. It’s Covid times, so our expectations were low...some things were altered, but mostly it was a great place to stay. The bed was hard is my only lower rating.

We had a day and half of Covid staycation waiting on results. The hotel did not provide any amenities to help us with being stuck in our room. We had to rely on Uber Eats that was horrible to use and there were little options to get anything. Wish they would have giving us more options to getting items with knowing little about the area.

Loved the kitchen and their convenient Safeway nearby.

Great place for a relaxing vacation, even during this pandemic. Room was great, pretty clean, with good amenities, nice balcony where you could admire the scenery (partial ocean view room at 2nd floor - still a very nice view). You can spend a great day by the nice pools, hot tubs or enjoy the sunset on the beach. The spa was open by appointment only. Hawaii just reopened when we were there, so a lot of places were still closed. Duke's restaurant which is right near the hotel was closed, but there are other food options in the area (supermarket, food trucks) or in the nearby town, Lahaina, for restaurants. The store/cafe in the 2nd tower of the hotel reopened in our last day there. Not a lot of tourists at this time, therefore great for distancing, masks required in the hotel. As for their Activities / Attractions desk, there was no one there for the whole week and no one answered the phone for activities booking. For exploring the island, I would recommend to rent a car. We would definitely recommend this hotel! :-)

When I booked this spa and resort, they said nothing about EVERYTHING being closed! No place to eat or buy on the property! No spa service though it’s called resort and spa! So many rooms are open but they stuck us in a room with no view on 2nd floor! All the info should be stated when we made a reservation! Totally a waste of money!

Loved that the rooms had kitchenettes so we could cook our own meals and the little grocery store in the hotel was so convenient and had a great variety of healthy and unique foods.

We really didn't get to enjoy with the Cov19 going on we had to cut our stay short
