Hotel Unicus - Perfectly placed in Krakow Old Town

The hotel is well situated close to the main square in Krakow and is easy walking distance to the majority of attractions Krakow has to offer. The street is quiet, though roadworks were ongoing during our stay. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff extremely polite. We did not use the sauna, though visited the sister hotel in the next street and saw how clean the small pool and facilities were. We spent 2 of the 4 days on day trips but spent the rest of the time exploring. The Hotel Unicus was excellent overall

Very clean and comfortable but the area is very noisy. When I visited the weather was warm but the control heating and air con were both on warm settings. Windows had to be opened and so it was horrendously noisy until about 6am every morning. This area is stag party central.

Overall highly recommend.

Hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of many of Kraków’s key attractions. We took a small room that was clean and tidy, however we couldn’t regulate temperature in spite of AC control on wall. This meant we were too hot at night and had to open window to cool room and endure street noise. Otherwise highly recommend this hotel that is great value for money. Staff extremely helpful.

Beautiful and great location, but...

Hotel was very clean and modern. However, staff conflicted each other when asked questions, and were not always helpful. They refused to allow me to use the bathroom when I was on my way out. Also, during breakfast, they served me moldy cheese. Although I didn’t eat it, I still felt sick the rest of the day.

The hotel is lovely, the rooms spacious, clean and very comfortable. They have very good Covid practices and we felt as safe here as we could be. The staff were excellent in particular Marcin the duty manager who checked us in, explained about the hotel and told us information about Kracow and how to get around the area. We had a fantastic 5 days and will definately go back to this hotel and recommened it to everybody! Paul
