Pool was great. Staff when I checked in were lovely but not the man that checked us out, I tried to express my concerns with the cleanliness but he didn’t care. Carpet in our lounge of the apartment was coming up which is a major trip hazard. Cobwebs all outside. Kitchen sink wasn’t clean. Tiles felt mucky so I wiped with a baby wipe and it came up black after just wiping a small section. Obviously the apartment was not cleaned appropriately before we checked in.

We had a one bedroom apartment. During our one week stay, not once was the room vacuumed. The house cleaners came in to top up the coffee/teas, changed the towels a couple of times & merely pulled up the bed sheets/cover. One day, we made the bed ourselves how it is supposed to be made. The next day we left the bed unmade, hoping the linen would be changed. We found that the linen was NOT changed & bed barely made. We needed to re-make the bed before getting into it that night. This establishment has been here for quite some time & we have mostly enjoyed coming here on previous occasions, but the cleaning needs to be greatly improved, given the times that we now live in. Staff were friendly & quite helpful. The outside/grounds staff were really friendly. I would think twice before coming back here.

The location was fabulous The room was spacious and clean but take your own pillows the ones provided were very hard The shower leaked but we notified reception Shame the bar is only open on a weekend but we walked to tonic approximately 6 minutes away Not much to do inthe evening at this resort
