It’s a hotel value for money. The room size is small with everything you need. The breakfast exceeded my expectation given the room price was very economical. Free parking available. You can get to Kata beach on foot within 12 minutes.

Good clean hotel for the money very attentive staff, very good quality bed linen and very comfy bed, good clean well run hotel, only fault is breakfast food needs attention poor food.

Only thing which bothered me was cleaning staff knocking on my door when I put the do not disturb sign on as I was trying to sleep...

My 6 year old daughter and i had a wonderful stay here. The staff were so helpful, friendly and polite and could not do enough to make our stay perfect. The pool was fantastic- very quiet and clean. The food was lovely. Location too was brilliant- very close to restaurants and a shop, laundry facilities next door and a very short walk to the beautiful beach. I would highly recommend this hotel. The only thing I would suggest to improve the amenities is that we only had a small wardrobe so there wasn’t much room to put away our clothes. We had a fabulous stay here - thank you for a great holiday.

Really friendly staff. Very clean. Great pool and location. 5 mins from beach and good local amenities.

Small room, small toilet/bathroom, amenities very very basic - 3-1 shampoo/body wash, hand wash, shower cap, that’s it. Pool okay. Breakfast buffet is very very limited, see pic only get to eat fried rice, There’s shuttle to the beach on timings. About 5-10mins walk to the beach, passing road so not okay if got kids to carry or walk. Hotel and room are clean. Reception and dining staff okay but not very helpful, majority looks unhappy, expecting more since only a handful of guests, Low season. Experienced blackout in the area and hotel has generator only for basic lights, endured it for about 3hrs, no apologies. Had to go out as it’s hot inside the room w/o ac. Nearby got restos, family mart, souvenir shops. Also just outside hotel there is a good massage/spa. So many other hotel/accommodation options in the area, choose well. Maybe other Accor hotel.

Bathroom was really small and no dental kit. Kids loved the bunk bed.

There were a lot of ants in the room. Breakfast was not great. One good thing is that the staff is very good. They are courteous and considerate.
