Second time here and booked more nights because it’s a lovely clean comfortable place to stay with great WiFi and pool :):)

When we checked into the apartment the manager took time to walks us to our apartment it was on the 4th floor... She decided that was in accepted and upgraded us to a beautiful full size apartment (our booking was a studio). She was very kind and was ready to help in anyway. Besma and the staff were exceptional at making us feel at home and as if we were the only guest. The breakfast was amazing and dinner in the garden was perfect. The pool was beautiful and we'll cared for considering the amount of guest. Really this property was fantastic on every way including the price... If you go plz tell Besma hello from me .. she was amazing

Not bad, perhaps will not go again as standard of service is very low. Breakfast was really standard close to bad.

We had booked a 3 bedroom apartment through Expedia. We were not permitted to expect the apartment until after full payment at reception. From reception there is a locked entrance to the rest of the property requiring all members of the party to wear a red wristband. Also, no guest or other family members would be allowed to visit us without paying $10 each per day. When we reached the apartment there was a noxious septic odor throughout. We decided not to stay and removed our baggage without unpacking or using anything in the apartment. Back at reception we were denied a refund or cancellation of our payment. I had to pursue that through our credit card company. The advertisement we had found on Expedia said nothing about fees charged for our guests. Overall a bad experience.

The service is always too busy to help. I've spent countless hours at the desk wasted time on my vacation in which ended up being ruined by this treatment. I should have known as I watched countless people yelling and complaining during my arrival. They make up policies as they please without announcement to the general public. My key card was deactivated on a daily basis without warning or merit. The pool is small and with many families present so not the most relaxing as you can hear the children playing all day in the water park. In the end not worth the price for so many headaches.

Staff is not polite.

Well situated; in the center of it all. Nice walk to Carthage land/Madina , the lovely Hammamat beach and to the Marina. Staff is very friendly and very accommodating . The Pools/water slides are awesome. One thing to be aware of is that towels and toilet paper are not provided , so bring your own

Old nothing worked. No tv phone, toilet runnig always ,no pool after7, must pay for water

Very welcoming and hospitable staff. If you have any problems they sort it out quickly. The hotel was great with a nice pool which was cleaned every day. The rooms are spotless and seemed a very safe environment. Would definitely recommend as we had an absolute great stay. 24 hours security and staff always available. Had a homely feel to it and everything worked perfectly fine. Its very close to the beach and the Medina. Great place to stay if you're in the Yasmine Hammamet area, cannot fault the place!

I am a aware it's a 3.5 star hotel but even the basic breakfast could be slightly improved with a little choice of scrambled or poached eggs or some toast or cereals instead of same cold salami, old croissants, baguette and a boil egg all 5 mornings of staying. We should be advised in advance before booking of the basic towel, iron are extra charges. I am told half board is breakfast with lunch or with dinner but at hotel i am being told just breakfast and dinner. I've paid almost same paying as 5 star price only booked too late so there for ended up with this choice....i guess will teach me a lesson not ever book anything less then 5 star.
