Very outdated, old and uncomfortable mattress, not sure the place has ever been cleaned. Highly disappointed, will think twice before choosing Holiday Inn Express.

Staff was very friendly, but we saw 3 rooms before deciding on the cleanest of the 3. The curtain were ripped and none of the beds were made the way a normal hotel makes the bed. Sheets were just half assed thrown on. Stains on all the chairs And couches. Even our lamp had a blood stain on it. We had the front desk remove it. Floors weren’t even vacuumed

They switched rooms on us

There was a booger in the sheets as well as blood stains on the sheets.There was also hair in the bed. The room was musty and damp. Food that was provided in paper sacks for breakfast was expired.

The hotel is not taken care of well. Grass was tall when we checked in and was 2 weeks before they mowed it and they did not blow the sidewalks off afterwards. The lawnmower sat on a trailer under the covered entry at the front door the entire 3 weeks we were there. There was only one luggage trolley and it has flat tires and was impossible to push. The floors are extremely thin and provided little or no buffer from the noise the upstairs neighbors make. We wide probably stay there again but will definitely request a room on the top floor. The feral kitties were the best part of our stay. They enjoy our food scraps

Room was clean and comfortable. Was the cleanest bathroom we have had in our travels, that means a lot to us.

I understand that certain concessions have to be made because of Covid however I agreed to pay a higherrate than other local facilities because a full breakfast and swimming pool were available for myself and my family and thus I could justify the higher price. Therfore i was very disappointed to see that breakfast was a granola bar water and snack cake and the pool was closed.If you are going to have so many of your amenities unavailable, you need to make that clear to your patrons.

The location is easy to get to there are restaurants nearby easy access to the freeway the staff is friendly and accommodating

Room smelled like cigarette smoke when it was supposed to be smoke- free room. Couldn’t get the shower to turn on.

It was really good, the only issue I had was the fourth floor still had lingering smells of smoking. Change the carpet the smell goes away.
