Un trés bon sejours sur Berlin , dommage que le fait que le parking soit payant ne soit pas signalé lors de la reservation. ( 3 jours 45 € de frais de parking ) d'autant que cette hotel n'offre pas de choix a ces clients

Would highly recommend!

Immaculately clean. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were made to feel very welcome and valued. From the airport, shuttlebus to T5 takes you to literally almost exactly across the road from the hotel. It is very distinctive and easily recognisable. The lifts are quiet and efficient. The food in the restaurant is excellent quality and very fresh tasting. The bar is well stocked and the staff are very good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We requested twin beds and got them. The hotel provide free public transport tickets for Berlin and this was very useful for us. All of the staff spoke good English and were happy to help. The communal areas in the hotel were very clean also and the cleaning staff were very good at their jobs. Our room was serviced every day very quickly but also very well. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice and a lovely place to eat. Not much within walking distance but the train and bus links were on the doorstep. The public transport is very clean and very reliable.

The location is not actually that good. It's located aside from an unused terminal, not so close to the operating part of the airport. The front desk staff is sometimes inpatient. Other things are good. Room very good.

This was a rip off. No coffee in the rooms (then they charge you €3 for instant coffee with powdered creamer in the bar area) They charge €15 to use the gym. It wasn’t as convenient as advertised to get to the airport. Pillows were uncomfortable. It was way overpriced for what it was. Do not recommend staying here.

Perfekt läge om man vill ha nära till flygplatsen. 5 minuters promenad till S-Bahn. Hotellet har det man behöver.
