My most horrible experience!!!

This was the most horrible hotel that I have ever stayed in. What's crazy is that the lobby and common areas are really nice but the rooms are terrible!!!!! First off, the carpet looked as if it has never been professionally clean, there was dust in the corners and on everything, the shower had peeling tile that was orange in the bottom so I had to put towels down for my feel, some of the ceiling was missing in the upper right corner in the shower, the sliding door was broken in the shower and dirty as hell and the bed was horrible. It was so bad I couldn't even sleep because I was terrified of way may crawl out in the dark. The room door was janky, it wouldn't close all the way although it was locked so I put the desk chair under the door to make sure no one could get in if I happened to fall asleep.

Disgusting room no service

Terrible maintenance actually no maintenance for the room. Sheets don't fit. Dirty dishes and kitchen. Carpet disgusting. Couch worse. Smelled terrible. Like pee. Save your money or sleep in your car. It will be more comfortable.

Room smelled of cigarettes and pee. Disgusting walls and floors. Living room walls look like people spit on walls and it dripped down. Air conditioner did not work in living room and was a battle to get a fan. NO SERVICE AT ALL AT THIS PLACE. NOT REALLY A HOTEL. ONLY WAY TO GET FRESH TOWELS IS TO SWAP OUT. Remotes had no batteries. On cieling there are water stains and sheet rock tape jobs all visiqble no paint. Bathroom was disguating and reekwd of smoke. No fan . It is a shame because we stayedd here 3 years ago and it was wonderful. Even from outside the building s suffering alot of cosmetic issues. You must take out owm garbage to dumpster . Dont put any garbage in trash can in lobby or the Yell at you SAYING WHERE THE DUMSTER IS
