Centara Koh Chang

Just what u expect from centara all there resorts are well keep and have good facilities breakfast was also very good. Koh Chang also one of our favourite islands in Thailand with a lovely beach that the hotel sits on

Would definitely go back!

The first room I stayed in at Centara was very day and smelt very damp. I mentioned this to the front desk who were incredibly helpful and moved me to another room, which was wonderful. Generally, a lovely and relaxing stay at Centara and I would definitely return.

Luscious garden- lovely!

Centara is very nice. The resort has been well maintained, and is a little piece of paradise. The beach is nice. The resort is set back off the street a little (as are most resorts in the area) so it’s better to have transport, taxi or motorbike instead of walking. You can however easily walk to restaurants and hotels on the surrounding beach, as well as mini-marts etc. loved our stay here and would return

Great hotel right on it's own section of beach, well set out with meandering walkways in an idealic tropical setting. Far enough away from the hustle & bustle of the main street but close enough to walk to a variety of off site restaurants, 7 eleven stores etc. Definitely would stay here again

Great resort

Lovely bungalows in great gardens. There are two pools and plenty of loungers. A very peaceful area. Plenty of Choice for breakfast and all food is covered which is good. The food and drink is in the restaurant and mini bar in the room is expensive but the supermarket sell cold beer and soft drinks and you can bring these back. An excellent resort and would stay again.

Nice place with intricate wavy walkways and cabanas submerged in beautiful greeneries. Some fixtures and furniture inside cabanas a bit dated. Breakfast buffet, Thai buffet, and Seafood buffet are excellent, but regular a la carte thai food in their restaurant not so great. Watch for mussels' conglomerates in the water - they have very sharp edges. They hurt If you step on them. The most disturbing thing for us was the fact that the resort has 5-6 dogs running on the beach - defecating and urinating on sand during low tide... Wondering how it affects the water cleanness... Does the ocean take care of it? Everybody was swimming anyway.

Nice kid-friendly hotel

Biggest drawbacks were loud pop music at the pools in late afternoon and pretty crowded. Hard to get a bed by the beach or pool. Very kid-friendly. Decent food. Very pretty.

Balcony was very relaxing and beautiful view as well. WiFi works everywhere in the resort, even on beach. That was the best thing about this hotel.
