Location exceptional and room was nice and comfortable. Overall a really good experience. Some maintenance was needed in Bathroom and dietary request for breakfast was not honored. Would recommend and stay there again

Amazing Service

The staff was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable and all of our needs were being met. This was our first time visiting Healdsburg and they had plenty of suggestions.

Great Plaza location!

It was a great place to stay. Right on the plaza. Biggest drawback was that they said there was free parking but when they got there they said they had sold their lot. Unfortunately there was a concert on the plaza and there was no parking to be found. A little disappointed. It is a great hotel in an excellent location

Lovely place in a centrally located attractive historical building. Friendly staff. Yummy free breakfast. No parking lot but there are public lots and street parking.

Photos and description not accurate

I was not aware that they do not have any onsite parking, but rather a block away at a city parking lot. When I booked it indicated that they do have onsite parking for a fee, but this is not the case. When we arrived all the short-term parking in front of the hotel was taken therefore it was a hassle to check in and unload our luggage. Our room had no natural light (room 8) and therefore was extremely dark and you had to have the AC on at all times to get any air flow. This was definitely not clearly pointed out from the photos or description when I booked or I would not have picked this hotel. We didn't have any options regarding the breakfast, which ended up being rather too decadent for our tastes. There was no daily cleaning service, which they claimed was because of Covid. I feel it's another a way for hotels to give less service and still charge the same amount. The plus was the location was good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, but overall, especially for the price, I would not stay there again. They need to update the listing regarding parking and better clarify the room situations.

Maybe don't stay in the Carriage House

I stayed in the Carriage House. It is not in the hotel, but through the hotel out the back, further back, then up several stairs, and in through a deck area. It's an odd accommodation with a walled off closet sitting area, and very large 2 room bathroom in back. The King bed is very comfortable, BUT the AIR CONDITIONER VENT IS RIGHT OVER THE BED! This is a hotel no-no to me. None of the windows opened, so the HVAC system needed to be on. No plug outlet on the side of the bed either, another hotel no-no to me. The breakfast the next morning was delicious, and the staff are very helpful and kind. ( Except that when I checked in no one was there to show me where my room was, and I could not find it, as it is not in the hotel). I'm a big fan of the "Four Sister Inn" hotels... but maybe not this one so much.
